Terms Of Service

Last Updated: October 2026

These Terms of Service apply to your purchase and participation in Mastering Traditional Leatherworking Basics (“MTLB” or the “Course”), offered by Leather Beast (“Leather Beast,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing the Course, you (“Student” or “you”) agree to the following terms.

Course Access

Your purchase includes access to Mastering Traditional Leatherworking Basics and the course materials and bonuses included with your enrollment at the time of purchase.

The Course currently includes video instruction, downloadable materials, workbooks and reference materials, project tutorials, and access to the private student community.

You will receive access to the first section of the Course after enrollment. Additional sections may be released according to the Course schedule.

Your purchase includes lifetime access to the Course. For purposes of these Terms, “lifetime access” means access for as long as Leather Beast continues to maintain and offer the Course. We may occasionally update, replace, reorganize, or discontinue individual lessons, bonuses, platforms, or community features.

Payment

You may purchase the Course using one of the payment options presented at checkout.

The current special workshop enrollment options are:

Pay in Full: $297

or

Payment Plan: Four monthly payments of $97

Prices and payment options may change for future enrollments. The price displayed and agreed to at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase.

If you choose the payment plan, you authorize Leather Beast and its payment processor to automatically charge your payment method for each scheduled installment.

The payment plan is an installment plan for the purchase of the Course. It is not a monthly subscription or membership that can be canceled at any time.

Unless you qualify for a refund under the Refund Policy below, you remain responsible for all remaining payments in your payment plan.

7-Day Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident about your purchase.

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date.

To request a refund, email info@leatherbeast.com within the 7-day refund period and include the email address you used to purchase the Course.

If your refund request is received within the refund period, we will refund payments made toward the Course and cancel any remaining payment-plan installments. Your access to the Course and associated student resources will then end.

After the 7-day refund period has expired, Course purchases are non-refundable and any remaining payment-plan installments remain due.

Intellectual Property

All Course materials are owned by Leather Beast and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Course materials for your own education.

Course materials may include videos, written lessons, photographs, PDFs, workbooks, checklists, reference guides, patterns, templates, tutorials, downloads, and other materials provided as part of the Course.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, share, publish, upload, teach from, sublicense, or otherwise make Course materials available to another person without written permission from Leather Beast.

Your enrollment is for one individual student only. Login credentials and Course access may not be shared.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from creating and selling your own finished leather goods using the leatherworking skills and techniques you learn in the Course.

Educational Purposes

MTLB is an educational program designed to teach traditional leatherworking tools, materials, techniques, and projects.

Individual results will vary depending on factors including practice, experience, materials, tools, time invested, and execution.

We do not guarantee that participation in the Course will produce any particular artistic, professional, financial, or business result.

Student Responsibility and Safety

Leatherworking involves tools and materials that may cause injury if used improperly.

You are responsible for following manufacturer instructions, using appropriate safety precautions, maintaining your tools and workspace, and determining whether a particular tool, material, technique, or project is appropriate for you.

Leather Beast is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or other losses resulting from improper use of tools, materials, equipment, or techniques demonstrated or discussed in the Course, to the extent permitted by law.

Course and Platform Changes

We may periodically update Course lessons, resources, bonuses, technology, or the platform used to deliver the Course.

We may also replace or discontinue resources or community features when reasonably necessary.

These changes do not automatically entitle a Student to a refund outside the refund period.

Third-Party Services

The Course may use or link to third-party platforms, websites, products, suppliers, or services.

Leather Beast does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, policies, content, products, or services.

References to particular tools, materials, suppliers, or products are educational recommendations and do not guarantee their continued availability or suitability for every project.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Leather Beast will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your participation in the Course or use of Course materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leather Beast's total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase or participation in the Course will not exceed the amount you actually paid to Leather Beast for the Course.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Course, our business, applicable law, or the services we use.

Material changes affecting existing Students will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

The Terms applicable to your purchase are those in effect when you enroll, except where a later change is required by law or expressly accepted by you.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
